Board Meeting Friends of the First Company Governor’s Horse Guards, Inc

Those in attendance: Board Members: Richard Belliveau, Bill Cowell, Ken Nelson and James Murdock. Absent: Richard St. Pierre, Richard Morgenstern and Everett Kandarian

The First Company Horse Guards has requested a loan of $6,000.00 be made to them for a period of time ( not more the 3 months ). This request is being made since a portion of their current asset cannot be accessed because of a change in the personnel responsible for the account.

This issue should be corrected shortly and the monies loaned will be returned to the Friends of the First Company Horse Guards.
